Guided by Executive Head Chef Kevin Cadman, we have created our own distinctive style of food that is stylish but not over stylised with that perfect balance between presentation and taste. For us when it comes to the crunch we know it is the taste that people will remember!

Creating Seasonal mouth watering menus to suit any occasion and any requirement, a sustainable approach to sourcing means we use only the finest, freshest, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers where possible. If we need to go further a field, we offset any damage to the environment through our carbon neutral "green initiative"
